PARKING:
There is NO parking available to our guests at the marina, unfortunately. We’re sorry about that inconvenience, their parking lot is just too small. We are so very grateful to Pleasure Point Marina for providing us with a dock space to operate this year. In order to keep us open and available to provide you with maximum fun, please respect that they are not able to provide parking for our guests in their lot.
Parking is available on the shoulder side of Big Bear Blvd / Highway 18 westbound, where you can make a short walk (7-10min) in from Cienega Road. Feel free to drop off your crew near the Pleasure Point gate before parking on the road as well. Photos are attached below for a visual guide to this.
You can also take the Mountain Transit Bus Blue Line from the Village to Cienega Road, just allow extra time for that option (it should operate 7 days a week).
We also have a few local ride-share options. We recommend :

Uber and Lyft are also intermittently available in the mountains, and you’re welcome to give that a try as well!
CHECK IN IS AT THE BOAT!
Do NOT check in at the marina buildings.
Once you arrive at Pleasure Point Marina (either on foot, or having been dropped off), walk past their offices toward the water. We are in the process of having signs made, but until then, wait at the picnic tables arranged on the point until 15 minutes prior to your tour. We will begin boarding your group 15 minutes before your designated tour start time. You will see the tiki boat on the dock - walk straight down to the boat to check in!
Just a friendly reminder to complete the liability waivers prior to checking in at the boat. It will be attached to your confirmation email you provided when you booked your tickets. One form should be completed for every 18+ adult in your group and you can share the form with your crew using the link.
Remember to please bring picture ID (drivers license, passport, or some form of state-issued identification) for each adult 18+ who will be joining us even if they are not planning on drinking.
Also, we are CASH ONLY for onboard purchases. Be sure to stop somewhere in town for cash beforehand or feel free to use our ATM on board if you would like to purchase anything.
We have a bathroom on the boat!
It’s actually very nice and has a flush toilet and urinal - there’s a photo attached below, and we go over how it all works once you’re onboard. There are also ADA restrooms available by the main office for Pleasure Point that you are welcome to use before boarding.
Warm clothing is recommended this time of year. If you find yourself without we can definitely get you a blanket and we sell our own hoodies as well!
